Help voice agents complete real operational work.
Voice automation is not just speech-to-text. It needs clear call logic, error handling, human handoff, and clean updates to business systems.
You will help map call journeys, test conversation paths, organize transcripts, and verify that workflows create useful records after the call.
What you will do

Draft and test call-flow scripts for support, qualification, scheduling, and follow-up workflows

Assist engineers with API and webhook experiments for CRM and ticketing updates
03
Review transcripts for missed intents, escalation points, and prompt improvements
04
Document voice-agent behavior so engineers can turn tests into production flows
What we are looking for
01
Currently in 3rd or final year of a Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related degree
02
Comfortable with Python basics, APIs, JSON, and webhooks
03
Interest in voice AI, conversation design, speech systems, or workflow automation
04
Strong written communication and careful documentation habits
