What you will do

Build GenAI workflows for drafting, extraction, summarization, classification, and review queues

Design backend services that connect documents, CRM, ticketing, analytics, and internal tools

Collaborate with designers to make complex AI outputs reviewable and actionable
04
Define success criteria with evals, quality checks, and user feedback loops
What we are looking for
01
4+ years shipping production applications or AI-enabled products
02
Strong Python or TypeScript plus experience with APIs, databases, and async workflows
03
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt design, structured outputs, and retrieval patterns
04
Ability to translate business processes into reliable product and workflow design
