You will own the engineering path from call design to deployed automation that support, sales, and operations teams can actually use.
What you will do

Design voice-agent flows for scheduling, qualification, support, reminders, and follow-up

Integrate telephony, speech, LLM, CRM, and ticketing systems with reliable state handling
03
Build monitoring for latency, transcription quality, missed intents, and escalation behavior
04
Partner with clients to define what should be automated, reviewed, or handed off
What we are looking for
01
4+ years building backend, automation, voice, or AI systems
02
Strong Python or Node.js, APIs, webhooks, queues, and event-driven workflows
03
Experience with voice AI, speech-to-text/text-to-speech, telephony, or contact-center systems is valuable
04
Clear judgment around privacy, consent, transcripts, and human escalation
